4️⃣ We print and ship: Once you approve, your book is printed and shipped within 4–7 business days. You’ll receive tracking info as soon as it’s on its way!

1. Can I choose the layout or design?
Yes, you can choose what cover design you want. You’ll receive a custom design based on your photos, and we’ll make revisions if needed.
2. Can I choose the cover color and text?
Absolutely! You can pick your preferred color, and personalize the cover with names, dates, or a short title.
3. How many photos can I include?
Our standard book is 35 photos for 30 page book however, we have the option to create more pages with more artwork photos: Our book page options are: 30, 40, 50, 60, 80 pages (holds up to 200 artworks). Just message us and we would we'll advise as needed.
4. What kind of image quality do you need?
High-resolution images (preferably from your phone or photographer). We'll let you know if a photo isn't suitable.
5. Is the book printed on photo paper?
We use thick 170 g/m² (65 lb) paper – perfect for both text and images, with a luxurious finish.
6. How long does it take to receive my photo book?
Processing typically takes 1-3 business days. Estimated delivery: 4–7 days in Canada/US, 7–14 days international.
7. When will I see a preview of the design?
You'll receive a design preview within 1–3 business days after sending your photos.
8. Do you ship worldwide?
